• Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
• We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options for your convenience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Please note that while we strive to provide accurate tracking information, there may be occasions where tracking updates are delayed or inaccurate due to carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• IBRA Handicarfts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• Delays may occur due to customs processing, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

Damages

• IBRA Handicrafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and product for documentation purposes.

Lost Packages
